Acne is a common skin condition most common in teenagers and young adults. Acne is typically characterized by blackheads, whiteheads, and pustules (red, inflamed bumps) on the face, chest and back. The severity of acne can vary from person to person and it can cause both physical and psychological problems including scarring and low self esteem.A good acne-clearing system will consist of several steps and products designed to cleanse, treat and prevent acne. The treatment part would include use of a lotion or serum to be applied all over face. Ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicyclic acid can also be used. Alternatively, a moisturizer and a sunscreen can also be used.
